This is a private, online training platform. In the Virtual Training Compound, you’ll discover 8 in-depth training modules that take you through every element in the framework and teach you how to actually execute on them.

Module 1:
Get Psychic With Those You Serve
You gain deep clarity about who you are building your venture around, who you need to rally. We call this person your Revolutionary Avatar.
You will learn how to get so deeply into the head of the person you’re looking to serve and rally, you’ll start to be able to create messaging that’ll be experienced as “near psychic.”
You’ll also learn how to define and map your revolutionary venture’s “shared pain” and understand how to leverage it as a powerful motivator for action, without being opportunistic or manipulative.
Module 2:
Define Your Dictators, Visionaries & Big Bangs
This word, dictator, it scares a lot of people. But it doesn’t have to.
You’ll learn what a dictator really is in the context of a consumer venture, and maybe more importantly, what it isn’t and why it matters.
You’ll discover how to identify YOUR Dictator, how very often it’s not who or what you first think, and you’ll learn how to understand where it’s power comes from, so you know how to shift that power to you.
Get this step right and it’s a game-changer. Get it wrong, though, and you miss a huge opportunity to rally people, and it makes it extremely difficult to craft messaging that truly moves people to action.
In this module, you’ll also discover how to choose the right leader, cultivate the traits that matter most and ensure you have the right people with the right skills in place to make big things happen.
You’ll also learn how to define and engineer your “inciting Incident” that will serve as the touchpoint, the thing that gets people up off the couch and taking mass-action.
Module 3:
Build Your Core Messaging Engine
This is where we start to turn all this amazing foundation-building into messaging that moves people to action.
You’ll learn how to build the most powerful possible “rally cry,” one that enables people to build consensus and action around what they don’t want. But that’s just the beginning. We already know that if you stop here, which is what most people do, all you do is cause harm without a solution.
So, we’ll build on your Rally Cry and walk you through how to craft what I call your Unifying Beliefs to build a sense of deep connection for your rapidly-growing tribe and serve as a beacon and foundation for laser-focused decision-making.
Then, we’ll come full circle and teach you how to craft and share your Vision. This is one of the most critical elements, since it’s where you integrate your product or brand or art in a way that inspires people to embrace and connect through it, rather than dismiss it.
It’s also one of the places where so many people do it wrong, and not only lose a massive opportunity, but become labeled as opportunists, even when they really mean to do something deeply meaningful and service-driven.
Module 4:
Craft Your Story & The Manifesto Code™
Here you’ll learn how to craft what we call your “Resonant Story.”
This is your specially-modified version of your personal Hero’s Journey. You’ll dive into the elements and learn how to craft and share them in a way that builds powerful rapport and connection between you, your endeavor and those you seek to rally. Then you’ll learn what’s been called the “epic epicenter” of this training, something I call The Manifesto Code™.
Your manifesto is the single most important piece of content you’ll create. It takes everything you’ve done and builds it into a single communication device that does a massive amount of heavy lifting and inspires people to rise up and take action.
I’ve spent years deconstructing many of the most powerful manifesto in nearly every form, print, audio, and video. At a certain point, my pattern-recognition engine kicked in and the essential ingredients of a universal code literally dropped from the skype.
That has now become a highly-specific manifesto code that shows exactly what pieces need to be included and in what order to create a manifesto designed to inspire both mass-sharing and mass-action.
Module 5:
Stage The Big Move
Here’s where you’ll discover how to build “tribal triggers” into the culture or your venture, including insider language and symbology to cultivate a deep and enduring bond among your tribe.
You’ll also learn how to leverage the 6 elements of Contagion to build both messaging and an operating structure with optimal potential for rapid, large-scale sharing and evangelism.
Module 6:
Define the Revolutionary Path
After the Manifesto Code™, this is the single most important exercise and, very likely, one of the biggest places folks go wrong as well.
In this module, we move from messaging into action. You will learn how to build the most powerful Path to Success for both (1) the people you want to serve and (2) your venture.
Simply put, here’s where you tell people exactly what to say and do to get where (a) they want to go, and (b) you all want to go together. You’ll chunk it down into basic steps, then define and implement very specific “levels of engagement” and specially-designed programming designed to fuel the greatest potential for action and success.
You’ll also learn how to make the mission-critical determination about whether your revolutionary venture is going to be Transactional, meaning short and fierce, or Sustained, which requires a larger effort over time.
Module 7:
Execute on the Plan
Here, you will go deeper into putting together your team. You’ll identify your Torchbearers, Allies and Resources, to ensure all the key roles you’ll need for your greatest chance of success are both known and filled, so you don’t end up freaking out when you realize you’re missing critical players and resources after you’re too far down the road to fix it.
You’ll learn how to choose the optimal technology, platforms and channels to ensure fast-action, sharing and the smoothest possible operations. Should you have a blog or tap Facebook? Should you flyer coffee-shops or leverage online forums? Should you go deep into social media and, if so, which platforms, how and why?
What about specialized software, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Indiegogo, Kickstarter? Ackkkk! Too much to think about, right?! Not to worry, we’ll help you figure out what to toss and what to embrace and why.
Then, you’ll get what’s been called the RevU Master Plan, our in-depth, massively-detailed Consumer Revolution Launch Plan Checklist to help you prep and orchestrate the many moving pieces and generate the largest swell of action, attention and growth possible upon launch.
